＃５Mt. Fuji Part 2

　This is the itinerary of a tour that I joined in 2021.
　It’s 2 days and 1 night trip.

・The tour starts climbing from the Mt. Fuji 1st Station. (Elevation ; 1450 meters)
　( Mt. Fuji has 10 stations from 1st to 10th. The 1st is at the foot of mountain, and the 10th is at the summit.)
・Stay in a hut at the 6th Station.
・Get up at 1 AM, and stat climbing
・Watch sunrise on the way to the summit
・Get to the the top at around 10 AM, then go to “Ohachi meguri”.
　(There is a crater on the summit, and walking around the crater is called “Ohachi meguri”.) It takes about 1 hour.
・Star climbing down at around 11:30 AM

　Here are some tips.

【Altitude sickness】
　　Many other tours starts from the Mt. Fuji 5th Station. (Elevation ; 2300 meters)
　　You can go up to there by bus.
　　It will increase the risk of Altitude sickness.

【Guide】
　　You can go with the experienced guide.　

【Walking style easy on your leg】
　　Try to copy your guide.

【Contact lenses】
　　The tour stars climbing as soon as you get up.　
　　If you need a time to wear contacts, you had better get up earlier than scheduled time.

【Cold sensitivity】
　　　If you are really sensitive to cold weather, gloves would help you.
